Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURNS:

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the wine is spoiled, please ensure that no wine has been consumed beyond initial tasting.

Your item must be in the original packaging and should be safely and securely packaged to ensure no breakage in transit.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will replace the item and deliver it to you, free of charge. Should you opt for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

In the event of breakages, email us a photo of the broken items in situ, together with an explanation, within 7 days of receipt of your order. All valid claims will be replaced.

SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
